Citrus Stamped Cupcakes Recipe for Summer !

By using fresh fruits as stamps combined with food coloring, you can create stunning patterns and designs that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Ingredients:
- Oil Based Food Color Orange
Oil Based Food Color Green
Oil Based Food Color Yellow
- Decorating Brushes
- Fresh fruits of your choice (Orange, Lime, Lemon, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Pipe buttercream on top of the cupcake.

2. Flip the cupcake upside down onto a piece of baking paper.

3. Pop them in the fridge or freezer until they firm up.

4. While waiting, choose fresh fruits that are firm and not overly ripe. Wash them
thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, as this helps in achieving cleaner stamps.

5. Slice the fruits in half to create flat surfaces.

6. Drop a small amount of food coloring onto a piece of baking paper. Using a
decorating brush, gently brush a big area. Then gently press the fruit onto it. Ensure the entire surface is covered evenly.

7. Then, peel the cupcakes off of the baking paper, you will get a flatten surface on the top.

8. Once the fruit slice is adequately painted, carefully lift it by the edges (to avoid
smudging the paint) and position it over the flat buttercream frosted cupcake.

9. Gently press the fruit slice onto the cupcake's surface, firmly enough to ensure the paint transfers onto the frosting, but not so hard that it squishes the fruit.

10. Carefully lift the fruit slice straight up from the cupcake to reveal the stamped
design. The painted surface of the fruit should leave a colorful imprint on the frosting.

11. Repeat steps 8 to 11 for each cupcake, changing fruits or colors as desired. You can mix and match fruits to create different patterns and designs.

12. Melt the Deco Melts according to the package instructions. Pipe leaf shapes on a sheet of baking paper. Allow the piped leaves to set completely. Once the leaves are set and firm, gently peel them off the parchment paper. Arrange them on top of the citrus-stamped cupcakes.

13. Your beautifully stamped citrus cupcakes are now ready to be served and enjoyed! They are sure to make a delightful and artistic addition to any occasion.
