Snow Cone Cupcakes Recipe for Patriotic !

These snow cones won’t melt. NOPE. They’re not icy… but they are frosted! These are Snow Cone Cupcakes, and they were a lot of fun to make! Decorate them in Red, White, and Blue and you will see how festive they can be for the Fourth of July and other patriotic holidays.

Ingredients:

- Oil Based Food Color Red
- Oil Based Food Color Blue Bell
- White Sparkling Sanding Sugars Sprinkles
- Blue Sanding Sugar Sprinkles
- Red Sanding Sugar Sprinkles


Instructions:

1. Divide the frosting into three bowls. Add a few drops of red food coloring to one of the bowls. Repeat with Blue Bell food coloring to another bowl.

2. Spread white frosting down the center of the cupcake, then dip the cupcake into the white sparkling sanding sugars sprinkles.

3. For the blue side, use an offset spatula to apply the blue frosting. Then, gently press into the blue sanding sugar sprinkles.

4. Repeat with the red frosting and red sanding sugar sprinkles on the other side.

5. Lastly, insert a small spoon right at the top. Enjoy!
