FAQ
1. Why is my fudge too soft?
It may need more chilling time, or the heat was too high when melting. Freeze for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
2. Why is my fudge not brown?
Add caramel sauce, brown sugar, or a tiny drop of brown gel coloring to get the classic caramel shade.
3. Can I make this ahead?
Yes! Keeps well in the fridge for 7 days.
4. Can I freeze this fudge?
Yes. Freeze up to 2 months in an airtight container.
5. Can I use milk or dark chocolate?
You can, but it will change the flavour and the fudge will turn darker. White chocolate gives the best salted caramel result.
