What You Need:
-Baked cupcakes
-Buttercream (divided into 3 equal portions)
-Red, Tiffany, Pistachio food coloring
-Cling wrap
-Piping bag
-Piping tip (1M)



Step 1: Color your Buttercream 
1. Dive your buttercream into three bowls. 
2. Tint each bowl:
Red- start with a small amount to avoid making it too dark
Tiffany- a soft aqua shade
Pistachio- a light pastel green
3. Mix until smooth and evenly colored.

Step 2: Line Up the Colors on Cling Wrap
1. Lay a piece of cling wrap flat on your table.
2. Pipe three long lines of buttercream side-by-side in this order: Red, Tiffany, Pistachio.
3. Keep each strip about the same thickness for balanced color.
4. Roll the cling wrap into a log, twisting both ends.
5. Snip off one end of the cling wrap.
This keeps your colors clean and gives you a beautiful tri-color ombre effect.

Step 3: Prepare your Piping Bag
1. Fit your Piping bag with your chosen piping tip.
2. Insert the buttercream log with the cut side facing downward.
3. Push it in until it reaches the nozzle.
