This vibrant and festive Graduation Cake is the perfect centerpiece for any grad party! Topped with an edible graduation cap and decorated with cheerful swirls of blue and yellow, this cake brings both fun and flair to the celebration.

Ingredients:
- Black fondant
- Blue Bell Oil Based Food Coloring
- Yellow Oil Based Food Coloring
- Button Letters Alphabet Silicone Mold
- Hats Off The Grad Sprinkle Mix
- Edible Gold Glitter Spray

     1. Frost the Cake:
After chilling your crumb-coated cake, apply a smooth layer of white buttercream using an offset spatula. Try to get a clean, even finish as this will be your base.

2. Make the Graduation Cap Topper:
Roll out black fondant and shape a cylinder for the base of the cap. Then cut a square piece of fondant for the top and place it gently on the cylinder. Then, place the graduation cap on top of the cake.

3. Add Decorative Piping:
Fill piping bags with blue and yellow buttercream using a star tip. Pipe along the top and bottom borders of the cake for a playful, colorful look.

4. Create the Chocolate Letters:
Pipe black chocolate into Button Letters Alphabet Silicone Mold, and put into chiller to chill. Unmold and attach the letters to the side of the cake.

5. Decorate with Sprinkles:
Put on Hats Off the Grad sprinkle mix randomly across the cake for a celebratory finish.

6. Final Touches:
Once all decorations are in place, lightly spray the entire cake with edible gold glitter spray to give it a beautiful, celebratory shimmer.
