Ingredients:
- 1 cup Isomalt sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp Lychee Jelly flavoring extract (adjust to taste)
- Rose gold edible glitter (as desired)
- Sprinkles for topping
- Cakepop Sticks
- Cherry Blossom Lollipop Silicone Mold
Instructions:
1. Prepare Your Mold:
Place your silicone mold on a flat surface. Insert a Cakepop stick into each mold cavity, making sure they’re centered.
2. Melt the Isomalt:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the isomalt and water. Stir gently until dissolved. Let it come to a boil without stirring, and watch closely.
3. Add Flavor & Glitter:
Once the Isomalt mixture is fully melted and slightly thickened (around 160°C / 320°F if using a thermometer), remove from heat. Carefully stir in the Lychee Jelly flavoring extract and a pinch of Rose Gold Edible Glitter. Mix gently but quickly.
4. Pour Into Molds:
Pour the hot mixture carefully into each mold cavity over the Cakepop sticks. Work quickly, as the mixture sets fast.
5. Add Sprinkles:
While the lollipops are still warm and liquid, lightly sprinkle your favorite toppings on top for a fun, decorative finish.
6. Let Them Set:
Allow the lollipops to cool and harden completely at room temperature (around 20–30 minutes). Once fully set, gently pop them out of the molds.
