Easy Christmas Cake Roll Recipe for the Holiday Season!

Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla cloud flavoring
- 75 grams granulated sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Oil Based Food Color Red
- Oil Based Food Color Green
- Peppermint Crunch Candy Crumbs
- Merry & Bright Sprinkle Mix
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375F, and line a 28cm x 28cm baking pan with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks into two mixing bowls. Whisk the milk, oil and vanilla cloud flavoring into the bowl of egg yolks. Next, sift in the flour and baking powder. Whisk until combined and set aside.
- Beat the egg whites on high speed until foamy, then slowly add in the sugar while whisking. Beat until stiff peaks have formed.
- Gently fold the meringue into the egg yolk mixture, about 1 cup at a time. Once barely combined, separate the batter into 2 bowls and add Oil Based Food Coloring Red and Green to create a vibrant shade of color in each bowl. Mix until the color is fully combined.
5. Transfer the batter into piping bags, then pipe onto the baking tray. Place into the oven and bake for 12-15minutes.
6. Once baked, flip onto a floured surface, remove the parchment, and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Trim the edges of the cake if needed. - Spread a layer of frosting evenly onto the cake. Sprinkle the Peppermint Crunch Candy Crumbs on it, it will add a delightful crunchy taste.
- Carefully roll up the cake, and tightly wrap in plastic wrap. Place into the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
- Then pipe a swirl frosting on top and put Merry & Bright Sprinkle mix on top for decoration.
