Easy 4th of July Desserts: Patriotic & Delicious

These easy and adorable Red, White & Blue Cookie Cups are the perfect 4th of July dessert! Buttery cookie bases dipped in festive patriotic sprinkles, topped with swirls of red, white, and blue frosting, and finished with silver edible glitter spray. They’re eye-catching, bite-sized, and guaranteed to impress at any Independence Day celebration!

Ingredients:
- Sugar Cookie Dough
- Glory Days Nonpareils Mix
- Red & Blue Oil Based Food Coloring
- 4th of July Sprinkle Mix
- Silver Glitter Spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

2️. Roll the dough: Scoop about 3 tablespoon of sugar cookie dough and roll it into a ball.

3️. Dip in sprinkles: Roll or dip each dough ball into the Glory Days Nonpareils Mix, covering the outside evenly.

4️. Bake the cookie cups: Place the sprinkle-covered dough balls into the prepared mini muffin wells. Gently press down with the back of spoon to form a slight cup shape. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden.

5️. Cool completely: Let the cookie cups cool fully in the pan, then carefully remove them.

6️. Pipe the frosting: Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with red, white, and blue buttercream. Pipe a generous swirl on top of each cookie cup.

7️. Decorate: Sprinkle 4th of July Sprinkle Mix on top and spray silver glitter spray for the final festive touch.
