Lemon Slice Sugar Cookies Recipe for Summer!

- 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 ¼ Cups Powdered Sugar
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Crush Flavoring
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 2 ½ Cups Cake Flour
- Oil Based Food Color Yellow
- Yellow Sweet Sand

1. Gently beat the unsalted butter, add the powdered sugar and salt and whisk until lightly white.
2. Beat in the eggs, followed by the Lemon Crush Flavoring.
3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Divide the dough into two different bowls. Add the Yellow Food Coloring into one of the bowl and mix it.
5. Roll the original dough thinly and layer with parchment paper. Combine the yellow dough to create a lemon pattern. Use your fingers to gently push the pieces together, making sure there are no gaps. Transfer tray to the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
6. Once chilled, roll the dough with the Yellow Sweet Sand.
7. Then, cut the dough into thin slices and cut out the lines to create lemon pattern.
8. Place it in an oven pan and bake in the oven at 170 degrees celcius for about 15 minutes and let cool.
