Ingredients:
- Unsalted Butter 200g
- Sugar 200g
- Egg 1nos
- Vanilla Cloud Flavoring
- All Purpose Flour 360g
- Burgundy, Green, Yellow Food Coloring
- Birthday Cake Candy Crumbs
- Hot & Spicy Sprinkle Mix
- Silver Edible Glitter Spray

Instructions:

1. Put the butter and sugar into the mixing bowl, use paddle attachment beat 2 minutes until fluffy.
2. Add in the egg and a few drops of Vanilla Cloud Flavoring into it and mix.
3. Slowly put the all-purpose flour and mix until become a dough.
4. Divide the sugar cookie dough into separate bowls.
5. Add food coloring to each portion and knead until the colors are well blended.
6. For the hat brims: Roll out the dough and cut circles (about 2.5-3 inches wide).
7. For the hat tops: Roll small dough balls, press them into the cavities of a mini muffin tin, and shape them into domes.
8. Bake both the flat circles and dome-shaped cookies until golden brown. Let them cool completely.
9. Take one dome cookie and carefully hollow out the inside to create space for the candy filling. Fill the hollow dome with mini candies.
10. Use a little royal icing to attach the dome to a flat cookie circle, sealing in the candy surprise.
11. Pipe a decorative icing border around the brim of each hat. Attach sprinkles around the base of the dome for a festive look.
12. Add dots, zigzags, or any fun icing designs to complete the sombrero look!
